There is a range of options available, from block coloured chains to chain-free. Whilst these are traditionally added to curtains, they can have quite a dramatic effect when used with other window furnishings. Pelmets are also a great solution if you are worried about sunlight seeping in through the top, as they will completely cover any gaps. - Unusual Fabrics
Why not experiment with different and unusual fabrics to create a wholly unique look for your space? Whilst heavy fabrics, such as cotton and nylon, are commonly chosen for roman blinds, you could opt instead for something a little gauzier or floaty. Why not see whether your window furnishing supplier can use silk or another gorgeous material? You may not receive the light blocking benefits of heavier fabrics, but they will look stunning.
